He even don't know how to talk with girls and boys... Mr. Prabhu this is for you... 1st you go and learn how to behave with girls and don't you dare to talk any bad words about girls who are working for you... because of them only you can able to earn money...not because of yourself... .who himself a big stammer .... first go n learn how to speak fluent. And tell your wife also the same... and don't forget you also have two daughters. It can come return to you some day.
I suggest you guys don't go to that consultancy they don't even pay salary....while asking about salary they used to scold their employees and behave very roudly as you did any mistake by asking your own salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe this people they are a total fraudulent group, you will not get a proper service from them.
Prabhu , the person incharge is completely stingy , a person of ill morals.
He does pay after getting work done. Even the electricians have to come and go multiple times for a small salary.
Do not believe him and don't work for a person like him, he will not pay you and make you sign a contract which is totally in his favour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Consultancy to work . There is no scope for growth and I would suggest to not to join this Company.
There is nothing positive about this company to write but there are a lot negative things . They hire you promising something else and the reality would be completely different.
This is a company where employees are treated like slaves.The first one would be the Managers of the company,
The old man and his wife, doesn't care about the employees feelings telling all badwords and bad things about others. He doesn't bothered anything. First thing nobody can stick on to that company for more than a month and they have been trying to build a team from a very long time now , that itself shows the company state. odd work timings and he doesn't even mind calling people to work on Sundays, They don't treat the employees the way they should be treated. Don't even let people to learn anything. its more of a tele caller job. Half of the time he will waste in planning things and wont even give us the time to execute it. always shouting about targets and degrading the employees.
First thing learn to give respect to your employees . You might be a clever man if someone is not clever as you doesn't mean that you can treat them however you want. Treat them properly. Pay them on time. Have a proper management . And try to change your interview process people don't want tele calling job.
There are a lot of BPO's and Call centers out there and Recruitment is not tele calling. If you can think twice before hiring a person even they have the right to think before joining.
