I had purchased cloth from market for my waist coat and neck tie for ₹2880( 1.6 mtr @₹1800 per mtr). I was searching for any good tailor and found this shop.Visited to this Shop after seeing good review on Google( supposed to be fake by relatives and friends)
I went there on 3 of Feb and told them clearly my function is on 9 Feb if they can stitch and deliver on time then only take the order. They booked the delivery date as 8 Feb. On 8 morning when I reached there my waist coat was ready. But now a surprise was ready for me, upon trial I found that the stitching was not as per my size. When I made complaint to Mr Rohit the shop owner ,he started giving lame excuses and after some argument he had accepted that the size was not taken by tailor (Master).
He asked me to collect it on 9 Feb. Again on 9 Feb the piece was altered in other worst condition. I left the coat and as there was no choice so I had planned to change my dress and informed to Mr Rohit that I will wear this on Reception at 13 Feb so at this time be assured that it will fit properly. He asked me to give any other waist coat for measurement which is perfect in size and I did that. Now he asked me to visit on 12 Feb . On 12 Feb when I reached there the piece was altered in very bad manner, the waistcoat had oil spot in chest and cloth got torn from shoulder stitching due to repetitive alteration. Again he asked me to visit on 13 Feb. But on next morning the shop was closed due to Wednesday weekly off.
They have spoiled my function and wasted my cloth and time.
Even after there fault they never tried to contact me for the waist coat which is till date kept with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there for a number of times and each time I was able to buy great range of clothes at reasonable prices. Better than the bigger shops out there in malls . Apart from regular clothing stuff, I have also bought and got stitched the wedding clothes from them. I was 100% satisfied each time..
