★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really love animals and I really appreciate the way they are handled here. Both doctors are especially heart warming people and you know your pets are in good hands with them. I don't have any other vets to compare the quality of service with because I've never felt the need to look for another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience !! We took our dog for treatment of ear infection and he died within a week due to drug overdose. He was perfectly healthy and playful otherwise. We didn’t know Pet’s heaven sends your pet to heaven only.
Our loss is irrecoverable but sharing this experience so that many innocent lives can be saved.

I have been to the Pet's Heaven clinic for the last few years for my dogs - routine vaccination and required medical treatment.
Based on my experience, this is perhaps the best pet clinic in the eastern part of Pune city. Both the vets in the clinic are experienced, explain the pet's medical condition lucidly (sans jargons) and lay down the line of treatment clearly. The clinic has a good surgical section, medicines, dog food, toys, etc. The only annoying part was finding a parking slot nearby. With the Magarpatta clinic being relocated to a larger space (adjacent to the Nobel hospital), getting a parking slot is much less challenging now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience, this is best pet clinic in this area around Magarapatta and Amanora. A professional and knowledgeable vet, what else you expect in here. Now the clinic is more hygienic and well maintained with ample space. Highly recommended!!

Completely unprofessional person.

When we got our first fur-baby, a 45 day old kitten, we were very nervous about going to any vet clinic because it was a huge step in our, and the kitten's, life. After having found Pet's Heaven on the internet and having read the rave reviews, we decided to go there. Fortunately, it turned out to be the best decision ever! Dr. Pallab is the is very kind, friendly and thoughtful and, needless to say, very, very understanding. He first asked us to ask him whatever questions we had in our minds (and believe me, being first time pet owners of a cat we had a million queries!) After patiently listening to our questions, he answered each and every single one of them, showed us the righ techniques to handle and care for our kitten and taught us the basics and even told us about the right foods for her. he made everything so easy for me and my husband that whenever we had any problem we reached out to Dr. Pallab and sir was always there to help.
After all the vaccinations and de-worming sessions, when time came for spaying of our kitten, Eva, Dr. Pallab again came to our rescue and made such an emotionally hectic and stressful procedure very easy for us. He even comforted us during the surgery and made us understand the necessity of the procedure.
Today, Eva is 7 months old and she is the most happy and healthy kitten we've ever see, all thanks to Dr. Pallab and his staff!
