β β β β β Good Shop for Pet in Lokhandwala, You'll get everything(mostly) for your doggy, cats, mouse, fish, birds etc. , and if you didn't get any specific things they will order it for you. must visit for pet lovers.

β β β β β This is another pet shop right adjacent to intop stationary shop in oshiwara that are aware about all the places for pet vaccination or adoption and they are very loving towards animals.. they provided shelter to an amputed female dog named gudiya right outside their shop and made a tent House kind of a thing with food and water provided inside during the heavy monsoons.. a feelgood factor whenever I visit there?β€οΈ

β β β β β Insanely expensive prices for a few stuff. Wasn't impressed with the knowledge of know how's of pets and its accessories displayed by the representative there.
Edit: The prices I am talking about are not that of MRP items, I saw a couple of poop scoopers amongst other items and the better one was priced at 150 while the worst one was 500

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional staff. Sufiyan from the place behaves rudely to people if it's a small order .Even if you are a regular customer they do not care . Their policies for home delivery keeps changing . They lie a lot ,if you order even for 500 bucks for nearby delivery they would lie and say no guy available and ask you to arrange for Dunzo delivery . I have never had any shop asking customers to arrange their product delivery . Also if you order large quantity please check, they are complete frauds and if you don't count many a times they have sent one or two less. If you ordered and expected delivery time was given an hour at times they forget totally about the delivery and don't care if your animals are gonna stay hungry . Worst place and the only reason I stuck with them so long was coz I knew saajid there who runs the seven bungalows store and is very professional but the oshiwara guys won't listen to this man even if a word is given by him they have internal fights or ego issues and we don't want to be stuck in between their issues . I am totally moving on to other places that even gives better discount and most importantly a professional attitude

β β β β β Dear RETAILER as per your reply somehow you have always missed on informing the same to a potential customer in the beginning else they would have never started ordering from you . Also how far is that far .The shop is at lokhandwala and delivery is at goregaon which is 59 bucks from Rick and even lesser in bike . No pet shop operates in that close radius of 2km and neither do you'll but only to escape your fault you may prefer to lie . However if even 2km is true then why was taht never told . On the contrary the minimum requirement taht was told which I still have a record of in whatsapp convo was 500 minimum order wherein 99 percent of times i have ordered upto above 5k to 8k only very rarely has it been 500 or 700 but whenever it was not a big order sufian created an issue and start to lie . During g time of curfew we paid extra for delivery although when curfew ended even after taht they were charging us delivery charges wherein it was their in-house staff only delivering and the excuse given to that was since we have shortage of staff. But we never had a problem with that , the issue is with the way they treat regular paying g customers . Yes we were told to go to another shop and you very well know why was that done . I still have the convo. Sufian had sent wrong order ,and when I had to return he refused saying it's not ours as its expired! For three years when a customer has been ordering from you and has an invoice of it yet this attitude, to which you accepted that his attitude is wrong and that's when you suggested another shop . So let's not digress from the topic .
