Customer service: I personally know the owner of this shop and he has got a great deal of knowledge about keeping pets which honestly I have seen lacking with pets retailer these days.
Price: price of the products are usually cheaper than most of the shops.
Quality: Be it product quality or the pets this shop has it all.
Stock: They mostly have the essentials products for the pets and if something is not available you can always order it through them. They have a large variety of dogs there. And you will love the owner of the shop , partha sir from the moment you start talking with him.

No option for high quality products. If you are living in this locality then it may be a good choice but as I already purchased high quality products as compared price to this shop,so it's no from my site.
