I gave two dresses for alteration , which they didn't even let me try and open the package , after coming home I found that they didn't even altered it also no finishing was done on lehnga , even the zip was not working and broken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience of shopping at petals before, but during next visit was not at all good. Staff people are rude, they will force you buy "something" even if you don't like or find what you want. If you don't buy they start embarrassing you. Not a shopper friendly. Products are good but people/managers are worst. Don't make shopping unpleasant going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services, they have 2 shops, Petals & Princess . We purchased a kurta and gave it for alteration. They make us run from shop to shop as the tailor wasn't available. After 2 weeks we were called to pick the alteration kurta. That time they lost the kurta. Made us wait for nearly 45min and we're searching in both the shops. Staff are rude and manner less. Didn't even bother to apologise. Finally we had to pick another kurta since they denied returning the money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request you girls to not buy anything from this store, they might have a good collection, but their service and alterations are pathetic. Even after telling them that my clothes were for bridal events. Owner and the Staff is also very rude, they keep blaming you for not understanding how clothes should fit, even if it is their fault.

They do have a decent collection of clothes…but in case after trying, you want to look for other options elsewhere, they start haggling and 3-4 people will come and start arguing…stating weird “POLICIES” of their store. The guy refused to sell the lehenga on a discounted price if we were to go around and look at other showrooms and also took a booking amount from us. This is downright ridiculous…so much for selling one outfit…very poor salesmanship.
Got much better collection and at reasonable prices in the neighbourhood. THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY BETTER SHOPS IN THE AREA…than to be forced to buy from this shop!

I would like to share my experience here, for diwali shopping I went to this shop and they shown me 2 to max 4 dresses and they started saying that this looks good on u and this is best piece in our shop this is unique in entire market, and I literally thought that this is good dress and I bought it around 9000₹ and went out and as I came out of that shop and started looking other shops and guess what, I seen everywhere the same piece that I have bought , so I want one of the shop and asked for price, the same dress literally everything was same even tha brand of dress that was also same and the price was just 5400₹ without bargaining if I would have bargained then I could have got it around 5000₹ and PETALS shop sold me same piece for 9000 and not given any discount.
I just want to tell everyone here to see reviews of the shop, I will suggest u that never go to this shop if u like any dress from their shop then go to other shops there and ask for same dress I 100% guarantee u , you will get same piece with fair price.
My experience was Very bad and I definitely will not go again in this shop even if they give 100% discount.
I will say rather than going to shop go to any mall and buy expensive dress there, that will be fair purchase and also u ill be not regretfull for that purchase cz u bought it from mall.
Don't go for this shop, worst shop, worst deals, too much expensive, staff makes too much confusion.
