They know how to hand hold our Blooming Buds our Angels & Stars.
For me Right Sign is that Child is Enthusiastic about going school everyday and coming back with smiling face.
Engagement of Director and Teachers is appreciated. Children are engaged in lots of activities and learning with Fun which.... Technically implies McGregor's Theory-Y of workplace Motivation... It gives me confidence that my children are in right hands in the current era of School Education.
