β β β β β Ordered a product on 7th December, there was no follow up after that. Checked with them after two days and they said the product is not available. I requested them to cancel the order and make a refund for which I have been waiting since last 10 days. 3 out of 4 contact numbers are just ringing and not been answered, one was connected, ended the call even before addressing my concern. On 21st of December they told me to wait till 25th and the amount will be returned back through my Gpay/PhonePe. Today, its 29 and Iβm yet to get my money back. I doubt if these guys are doing a genuine business. Better to place cash on delivery for any product you order from them

β β β β β Ordered Simparica from petindiaonline.com for delivery to Hyderabad. The shipping and delivery was as promised, but the product only had 6 months validity left, so not the freshest stock. Thankfully, I only ordered 2, so not a big problem for consumption, but if I had ordered more for backup, it would have gone waste (I only use it while boarding).
