★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good and you will find every need of your pet there. But one thing I noticed, they are arrogant. I braught medication for my dog from there during last 6 months and never saw they throw a single smile. Also they don't explain you about issues in details and behave like 'Who are you and what you are going to do by knowing all this?'. They treats like, you came from a illiterate background and they are providing some charity to you. Very disappointing behaviour.

Pedigree pro is not available now a days and once I had obe issue with one costly medicine thats the reason of 4 star, But they are much much much better than other pet shop..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always order my pet food from PETMED.. the behaviour is so welcoming.. any product related query we put on whatsapp they are promt to reply. Even in emergency I gave a call for doctor during lockdown and they asist us with that... They are so welcoming I really appreciate their passion towards their duties.
I have a request to start Pet cab service also..so that pet parents can travel with them in case of emergency or recreation.
Thanks a lot for the service and the hospitality you people provide to the pet owner !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is new in this area. It helps a lot who loves pets. Though a Clinic run by West Bengal Government is at Dumdum Cantonment but it is becoming more famous day by day. It keep open till 9:30 to 10:00 pm so good for those who want to visit after reaching at their home after office hours. Friendly behaviors and good stock is it's beauty. Advisory mentality is also appreciable. Price is also reasonable. It helps pet lovers a lots beyond their expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place o buy all essentials for your pet. you will get products in reasonable price, most important is the quality of product they sell. What i can say is that this pet shop owners are more of a pet lover than a product seller. they will never suggest unnecessary things for your pet.
