Just like other businesses, a petrol pump also needs help that can make automatic execution of certain tasks possible. Let’s say, automatic report generation, meter reading, accounting functions, etc. And there are plenty of petrol pump management software to choose from to leverage the advantage of automation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! Beware of the fraud, petrol pump guys do with customers.
Speaking from my own experience, I was cheated thrice by them.
So what they do is... If u tell them to fill petrol of rs.200 they are going to fill of rs.50 and will act innocent afterwards as if they didn't hear you saying 200. And will fill again till 150 and will give you logic that (50+150=200)
But the fraud is that they don't reset the meter to 0 and instead they start it from that 50 itself and fill up till 150
so basically after that 50 they just filled up for 100 and so in total for 150!!

Keep an eye on the amount displayed.
I asked for petrol worth Rs 200. When amount displayed Rs 49.78, machine stopped, the man said electricity has gone, told someone from staff, WHO DID NOT MOVE FROM HIS PLACE TO DO ANYTHING, then he returned to me ans asked why not get petrol for Rs 220, while I was searching in my wallet for Rs 20 change, machine started again and he stopped it at Rs 150.45. Since I did not notice, I was charged Rs 200, for Rs 150 Petrol!!!!!
