★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pets lifestyle is the only pet shop in bhopal that dilevers all kind of pet products anywhere in bhopal within time spam of 30 minutes, I am amazed by there speedy delivery. I ordered all of this late at night ( nearly at 9:50 pm ) and received it few minutes ago. I am highly satisfied with there services and would definitely shop from here again.

We had met Vishnu Tripathi (Owner) for getting a Toy Poodle puppy. He intially tried to pursue us into buying a Shi-tsu that he had immediately available. However, we insisted on having a poodle. He then showed us pictures of some puppies and promised to get them in a week but did not keep his commitment. Later he asked us to wait for a month for some new born puppies that he was supposed to get for us. He promised to provide microchip, documentation, vaccination, and all other support.
We waited for 45 days and finally when the puppies arrived, we went and choose the one we wanted. We paid the booking advance and he asked us to take the puppy home in 2 days as he had to groom and vaccinate him. At the day of delivery, he refused to provide microchip and documentation. We asked him to stick to the commitment he did but he was being rude and absurd.
Later that night, he casually texted saying that he will not give the puppy and he wants to keep them for himself.
He wasted our time and effort in waiting and multiple visits to him.
A man with no dignity and professionalism. He has a good setup in store but no ethical business sense.
I would not recommend getting service of any kind from him.
Highly unprofessional..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the owner’s unprofessional behavior.
After asking multiple times to provide the pictures and history of the dog parents of a puppy worth Rs65,000, he managed to dodge this concern each time.
He refused to provide any paperwork and didn’t microchip the puppy on the day of delivery and asked to visit next day to take the puppy home.
Later that evening, he texted that he has changed the mind of selling him and will use the puppy to breed.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services. Get services from someone trustworthy instead.
