★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a dog tag.. The one which we received vs what's was offered was different.. They refused to exchange it as well.. They said, get some more dog service's done then we can give you another tag adjusting the amount in that service... very bad customers service.. very dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've got 2 cats, and need montly supply of cat litter and food for them. These guys provide these supplies consistently and discounted too. I've procured my pet supplies from many places such as Petworld, Amazon, vet, etc., but most of them are unable to consistently provide me with MeO wet food, but Pets Nation did that. Also, I don't need to call them again and again for status of my orders, which is good. ???Kudos to them, and keep up the good service.

Same products are available at various good outlets for way less than what they offer! Also, in my experience the person who interacts for the sale shows least interest when you ask about products needed.
