★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been messaging and trying to call Surbhi Rawat since two days, and she has only been giving me false hopes. I relied on her for a dog that got hit by a car and his one leg is Fractured 3-4 days back. Its literally a shame that these people try to become oversmart by not denying help but start ignoring you very professionally. I am posting my chat with her, and she also agreed to send a Van today but that Van never arrived. The number of a person she gave clearly denied coming today. I have already waited two days due to their useless commitments and I cannot wait more to get that Dog treated. I clearly advice everyone going through my post to not engage for help with any NGO but help yourself. They are their just for their GOD DAMN Positions and Power! Shameful! The chat I am posting is of 2 days and one other person was also trying to take her help in this case but all in Vain. Fake people and Fake promises. Who cares that his leg is broken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many needy animals who need treatment/ home. Personal experience has not been good for all three times. They are overloaded which in turn means that there's mismanagement. A dog/pup.doing just fine today would be pronounced dead next morning. The admitted one is released without any prior intimation and that too somewhere else. I would advise getting your animals treated or at least homed elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PFA Ghaziabad has always responded to my calls. They had offered to send a doctor when one of our indie street dogs was in a bad shape. And today they send an ambulance to pick up an accident victim in my area. Very timely help indeed. This is my first stop for all the street dog needs. Surbhi has especially been very helpful. Thanks a ton. And keep up the good work. Need more people like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treated my 2 street pupies with parvo , abhishek bhaiya was really good in his work initially i thought puppies will die but he asured me and saved them.
PFO NGO is nice place for dogs they treat dogs with love , patience , sympathy like their own one
No compromise in treatement and charge very nominal fee for dogs like Rs.100/dog which is good and affordable
Not like private vet who charge Rs.1000 just for appointment and more of treatment.

God knows what they do with all the donations they recieve from people who generously donate their hard earned money for the poor animals these guy show they care of. Unresponsive number, no reliable ambulance service the person running this seems irresponsible. Letting you know god watches all.

Don’t know how to trust such NGO for taking a injured stray to them if they can’t even pick call and cut your calls. It feels like they have opened the NGO just for name sake
