Main problem is stocking 8 beds i.e. 8 people in 2BHK flat.
The Max people I would recommend is 6 people and not more than that!
8 people is a huge problem.
I feel the landlord only cares about timely rent but no comfort is in priorities
Maid never on time, takes multiple unplanned leaves,
Kitchen becomes a mess, dont know what are we paying for?
Unnecessary materials stocked up in the balcony, no space in balcony.
Garden facing though but garden is not maintained, also gives you a disadvantage of blocking all air due to trees standing infront of the balcony
Very slow response from the authority/owner who looks after the flat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't deserve 1 star. Specially ayodhya 22 block 3rd floor kamble room. Worst pg owner only wants money on time no service no internet in last month no cleanliness no TV packs. Even not answering a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professionally managed PG services. Free WIFI makes life easy. The PG is close to main road of Kalyani Nagar but exceptionally quiet. High Recommended.
