★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property was earlier managed by a very nice Gentleman but Some scumbag bought it last year and made it hell for the tenants there. He is so cheap and hungry for money that he would beg for chawanni. Never rent this house or if you do make sure to have a rent agreement and record the condition of the property before moving in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is worst maintained. You will have to struggle a lot if u want to live here. Every other day, the appliances like purifier & washing machine stops working and there is no one to fix those asap. Also the water supply is so irregular that you will get frustrated in a week only. In short, the property is very ill maintained and I would suggest not to fall prey to these guys.
