Positives:
1. You may pay your rent after some days of your due date, but aagey kab tak yeh relaxation rahey pata nahi.
2. You may eat as much as your eating capacity, there is no restrictions in that.
3. There is no restriction on late comings.
Negatives:
1. No generator back-up, invertor batteries give only maximum 1/2 hour of back-up. In summers there is lots of electricity cuts in hans enclave. We requested for back-up but everytime owners says "kartey hai kuch, par hota nahi kuch".
2. In every two months, there are 20 days in which auro is not working. So, bhaiyoo ready raho washroom ka paani pine ke liye, washroom sey pipe lagatey hai watercooler mey paani daalney ke liye.
Bahut sey bhai logo ko Typhoid ho gaya. And reason of Typhoid are infected food and water.
3. No parking faclity, only 10-15 bikes can be parked.
4. Food quality is average, which all you face in every P.g.But, breakfast mey paranthoo mey itnaa refined oil daaltey hai jaise humari body ki servicing ho rahi hai.
5. In basement and on ground floor is sharing washrooms, aisa lagta hai jaise mumbai ki chol mey rah rahey ho, there is no cooler is many rooms.
6. Because of electricity cuts, many times we faced water scarcity of water. ek lotaa le kar gangaa sanaan kar key jaana partaa hai.
