I had bad experience here twice, there employees who are working there don’t even know how to read there own generated bills, for my bill I got four different amounts when I asked them that how much I’m suppose to pay, later they had disconnected my meter, then they said your meter is faulty, then again after 4-5 months they disconnected my meter for pending bill which I had not even received. If my home is locked they could have given my light bill to my neighbor but didn’t do it and the way some of their employees talk to their customers is really arrogant. We don’t have any issue in paying whatever bill they generate but atleast they should deliver us properly or before disconnecting they should atleast inform us once.
