★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't know how to talk. I have just called to ask for any spare part, The way he replied and cut the phone is totally not the way to talk to any customer. I didn't know that they don't have spare parts, that's why i asked but they responded in very bad way.

On December 16 2021 I bought this front number plate holder from pgx and today is 2 feb2022 only after 1 wash it caught rust , though the cost was 350 only but still wasn't expecting that it will start to become headache this soon
Also the positioning is not proper it needs to be bit more upright and the holes to fix the number plate are way bigger than usual
Bought it to give it and pgx a try thought it was a good deal but it wasn't
There are people selling number plate holder at higher price , u may increase the price but also provide the quality
Edit 1 - owner responded to my review that if I would have contacted them they would have replaced it , so I contacted them and the owner(puneet) was very irritated , aggressive and rude to me bcz of the the review and was not at all concerned about replacement of the item (customer satisfaction) but was only persistent and aggressive to get the review removed , i said I will come soon to get the number plate changed to that he clearly denied me to come and told me rudely firstly remove the review right now , in the end the owner(puneet) will declare you as 'bekar customer' and ese customer hume nhi chahie.
Bhai hume bhi ese sellers nhi chahie jinke kaam m fault aa raha hai toh woh own up bhi nhi kr skte 'k bhai mera fault hai m thk krke deta hu'
The after sales service is the worst you can get here
Karol bagh is a very big market and plenty other good shops do some searching and u can definitely get the good products From other shops

But, these guys offered me 50% discount for a new pair and other options as well and made sure I'm happy with the purchase. They have a fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy aftermarket parts for their bikes.

Staffs are very supportive. If you want to do some modifications in your bike then you can consider this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection of motorbike accessories. but very expensive labour. unprofessional and mostly labour charges would be half of the product price. unskilled. labour will loose the screws and will say that it was like as it is. the product you will buy from the shop is easily available online with same price. it is recommended that order products online and get the work done around you rather than going too far and pay extra for unskilled and unprofessional labour. it is absolutely waste of time. an hour of job can take 2.5-3 hours easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the worst experience here today. They had me waited for 6 hours for just one Drl lights. The work that doesn't take more than 1 hour to complete. Labour is pathetic, these kids don't know how to work, don't know why they don't hire more experienced labour. There is just one guy here who knows the work properly, the rest are just kids. I came here at 12 pm today and its 4 pm now and I am still here and my bike is completely disassembled so I can't go somewhere else. I would have given 0 zero stars if it was an option. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Even after complaining to the person sitting at the counter he just took it so casually and didn't took any action. At last I had to get the DRL from other shop and gave it to them so that they can install it finally. Wasted my five previous hours. Finally at around 7 pm the mechanic was able to install the DRLs but that too had some dirt between the glass and the lights, he should have cleaned the glass before sticking the lights to it, I will attach the pictures for reference. Also they lost 3 screws when I checked the next morning they were missing. PGX IF YOU ARE WATCHING MY REVIEW THEN PLEASE HIRE SOME SKILLED LABOUR, only Tinku knows the work the rest are just kids following what tinku advises to them and Tinku can't supervise them all the time because of the work load. Please take a look at the attached photos.
