★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in Kolkata sector is disappointing. They either send you wrong medicines or cancel your order again and again. Don't use this platform for buying medicines in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't get reports on time here. Their own lab (Pharmaeasy Lab) is the worst. My mom has a medical checkup today.
And I was supposed to get the report at max by yesterday. Now they are saying they need to recollect.
Previously I didn't get my money refunded which I was supposed to (being a Pharmeasy Plus member).
In terms of service Pharmeasy is the worst App I have ever used!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm taking medicines from Pharmeasy for the last two years. The Delivery boy is also known to me. This is for the first time I am disappointed about the service. I've ordered medicines of 1460 rupees, but when I opened the packet I saw there were 3 strips of medicines are missing. They are worth 400 rupees. They are showing discounts and that's how they are stealing from us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order No M43490444, which is ordered on 13/10/21, but till today ( 26/10/21) not delivered. On tracking it shows on hold , why no one knows. Worst customer support is there only for harassing customer. Every day they change their delivery schedule. Please never purchase medicine form pharmeasy.
