★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst service center ever i have met.. no response from them....no courtesy to call back... i have given my portable Bluetooth speaker for replacement on 11th Sept'20 but still they have not given my replacement speaker to me. its already 1 month but still they dont have any idea when the replacement will come. i have spoken to ms. sheetal she did not give any response. she says she dont have any idea when the product will come. she cannot say the perfect date for replacement product. this is not the way of giving service.THE WORST SERVICE OF PHILIPS AT VAKOLA, SANTACRUZ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a poorly maintained service center. Probably one of the worst ones I've come across. Extremely unhygienic center. Staff has no uniforms and don't look well trained too. Had an extremely awkward and annoying experience here. Hope this place gets a make over because given a choice I probably would not visit here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to repair my philips trimmer which was not getting on, d charges dey told me was 1200 rs in dat much money I could buy a new philips trimmer,plus dey charge me rs 200 just to open n check d product so I tried repairing it in small local shop & i just paid 350rs n it's working fine. Philips product are good no doubt
