I want to repair philips trimmer which is in warranty but this guy told they only do paid services and for warranty products you need to go to c g road.
Giving 1 star because no use to me of this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour of service centre staff. Stay away from such unprofessional people. I went there for service of my Philips trimmer, in very 1st meeting they accused me of lying about how trimmer may have submerged into water, which is absurd! It took full three days to get simple repairing done, I didn't receive any call from their side that my trimmer is ready or not and when I went to get 'my' trimmer back, the old man at counter started lecturing me about how I should be more careful about preserving bill given by them (my bill was drenched in rain). And I completely lost it when he accused me that how my testimony of what happened to my bill is 'untrustworthy' (as if the old man is judge of a court). I went back to get my drenched bill (14 km to & fro) and they have closed the centre before time (at 7:30 pm). Till now I have not received my product back. THROW YOUR PRODUCT IN DUSTBIN IF NOT WORKING, BUT STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTRE.

For me their after sales service was a great experience. They showed what is the problem in my product how it occurred and what precaution should I take to avoid this problem in further use.
And they also repaired it instantly.

I like their policy of no returns post purchase even when offered to replace my purchased product but they refused very diligently explaining sir if I give you a replaced product will you like it, just got nailed and I decided to purchase Philips 55’’ TV from them. Excellent voice ans video quality.
