★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in Pune . Philips is well trusted brand but these guys making joke of it.. I had one wireless earphones for repairing these guys said they will repair it and not repair it. I agreed to their terms after a week they called me and said its repaired please pickit up.. When I went to take its in similar condition as i have given it.. And they are saying it can't be repaired i almost travelled 30km for this non sense . Worst customer service by guy named sanket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was awesome. I had my headphones replaced within 7 days. Just approach them with the reciept of your purchased product. This care point accepts only music related products. Opens at around 10:30 am, and closes at 7 pm.
Their service made me love the Philips products even more. Not buying any musical electronic products other than Philips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Philips Electro Care Point is the legal name of this business, however, they do more than just servicing of Philips brand products.
This business is the official partner as a servicing center for several electrical and electronics appliances manufacturers.
Some of them which I am aware of are JBL and RealMe. This business also is the official service center for water cooler brands like Symphony.
Overall very genuine and good service provided here ?
