★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service.when I went for the first time to service center they took my trimmer and called me in an hour. I felt happy but my problem of battery discharging quickly was not be solved.Then,I went again to this poor service center and they did same things as earlier,at that timer my trimmer was under warranty.But,customer executive won't listen me to replace older battery with new one,then I went once again for facing same issue with my trimmer surprisingly they figured out problem in battery and told me it would be replaced with repairing expenditure of 850 Rupees ,because now they find my trimmer out of warranty period.
In short, they know very well how to thug customer and from my point of view ,it should be closed and for people,they have to avoid buying Philips product because here warranty can not be claimed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service. Although they had given estimated time of 20-25 days due to non-availability of certain part but the very next day my device was repaired.
For those who are reviewing negative about "Behaviour", if the work/repair/service will fall in their purview then they will definitely fix it otherwise unnecessary debate/litigation about Warranty/Service Charge can annoy anyone.And also we are not there to build any personal/friendly relation. Just be professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never share my reviews but this was the worst service center which I came across in my life.If your product are in warranty period they will give some or the other excuses and won't give service. If it is out of warranty period then they are ready to give you service with extra charges
