★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technician has zero knowledge of stuff i being electronic engineer know my stuff , i gave my trimmer hear for repair and the guy told me it has PCB defect i opened it myself there were just to unconnected wire i just had to solder them n it started.
I already mailed the issue to Philips team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice. I just had grinder regulator nob to be repaired. Other shop estimated it for 599 rs by changing the entire original electronic regulator with a ordinary one. But this guy's just changed the outside nob 80 rs and it was working fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say they'll get the spares (for a mixer grinder), a week later nothing came, they had plainly forgotten about it. On Pola day, they closed office 45 minutes or even before that, I done to them at 5:30 pm 5:50 pm the building was all closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very costly parts, service centre is just looting the innocent public like anything.
My pulley was not working properly and it's a detachable part choosing not more than 100 and the service centre tells us that you will have to replace the whole motor along with it costing 2550. Is it affordable to spend 2550 for a mixer grinder with juicer, you only suggest. Just looting

1.Service Center is operational at same location for almost 5 years.
2.Good location
3.Well staffed office approx 7 people in all.
Cons:-
1.No service for old Philips products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I didn't have to wait for anything. The time I entered immediately one gentleman came forward and helped me out. My product was not actually having any issue, problem was my unawareness. He sorted that out and they hadn't charged anything. Genuine, soft-spoken and excellent service. What else anyone want???
