Pros
Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management. Especially the HR
Cons
Nobody followed professional ethics.HR is more important to them than their employees. They have fired a lot of good employees already.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership, the CEO spents much time on parties than working in the company.
Advice to Management
Don't get fooled by the reviews here. They required you to place a review here in Glassdoor and it should be a five star review or else they will also dismiss you like the rest of the employees without any warning. DON"T GET FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give last month salary, misbehave with employees, speaking so many lies when they have vacancy but after they do not want employees misbehave with them. They say we give 2 times increment but they give only 1000 increment if they need you , and do not allow you to go other companies because they bond. No client work they did but told you that they do clients work very poor experience in that company. I suggest you that do not work with them. Partiality with all employees.

Partiality with an employee, did not give last month salary to employees, very badly behave with employees, if you can't give salary to the employee then started an embroidery (textile) or diamond business, that is very popular in Surat.
Misbehaving with staff and clients. Abusive word using while talking with employees.
I give best worat and fake company award in the world.
If client want their money drowning then deal with this company.
I suggest all employees do not work here because I had zero experience to work here and didn't getting last month salary.
