★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to rent or buy home here please visit this place fully. This place do has lots of issue due to black river passing just behind this phoenix garden. From my experience I will just say this is a garden with foul smelly air due to sewage water passing by and also lots of mosquitos, cockroach and God knows what it has..
I personally lived here for a month and had to vacate the flat due to miserable experience..
