β β β β β Automatic motorised shutter with remote control was installed for my parking garage in 2017, which is working beautifully even now after two yearsβ no hassles of elaborate greasing or maintenance work was carried out. A protective cover was also installed by the technician when requested, which keeps out the dust and rain from damaging the motor and associated assembly. Thanks Phoenix.

Gave transparent advise and suggestions on my monsoon shutter requirement on sea front apartment.
He kept regular touch even after getting the work done.
