★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To anyone going to Mr. Lalit by looking at the rating - Please know that while he may be able to repair your phone, his customer service/communication is as pathetic as it can get. He lacks staff and after taking your phone, will not entertain your calls/messages/queries for weeks and months altogether, even if he says he'll update/revert back. He'll quote multiple reasons to justify why he wasn't responsive and still the unprofessional treatment wouldn't stop and he would fail to meet his own word.
Upon asking for the non-responsiveness, he would say, "That's his nature" while ironically saying, "He works for trust and relationship". So as a customer, your time isn't valued, you're told tall things ("I'm super rich", "I don't work for money" etc.), and you might waste half of your waking hours in just trying to follow up & get an update and eventually, receiving no response, at the end of the day.
If there's someone who can service your phone promptly while respecting your time and giving you better customer service, I urge you to please opt for that person than Mr. Lalit. He might be a PhoneGuru but certainly not a CustomerServiceGuru.
