It's a good pg you'll find near vijayanagar TTMC, well maintained, well ventilated, pg is not having food/mess facilities. you'll get washing machine, ambient & hot water for drinking, geyser at bathroom (2 western toilet & 1 bathroom @ 1st floor), free WiFi, daily room service is there. Owner is very cool person no issue of advance return (300/- will be the maintenance fee) they will charge around 4.5k for 2 sharing and 5k for single room. Just have a visit and see you'll like the pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and well managed room clean and bathroom clean provided by pg it self owner is very good not a harsh owner like others and advance is also not more only thing is remember the day you paid advance from that day the rent counts. Overall good experience no disturbances 24*7 water and wifi high speed any problem the if you have you can call the owner he is very helpful in all way

Perfect for students ,competitive exam aspirants ,working men.
The Owner Ravi is very friendly and accommodating, is very responsive and personally attends to all issues.
PG offers a washing machine, RO water, 24/7 Geyser, well maintained & clean toilets & washroom.
Very close to Vijayanagar TTMC , Vijayanagar Metro & Atthiguppe Metro.
You find very good darshinis , restaurants , north Karnataka mess around the PG in the next lane.
USP : Single occupancy rooms which are high in demand.
I stayed in the PG for an year and had to vacate since I was moving to another city.
Highly recommend this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and we'll maintained Pg in this location. It's cleaned very often. The owner is cool to listen to all your issues and is ready to fix it. There's drinking water facility. The bathroom are also well maintained with geysers. It's very close to all the popular hotel and eateries. Viyayanagar TTMC is like 300m from the PG. Overall a very clean and affordable PG when compared to all other PG around there..
