But thanks for Dr Avnish Manekar's timely advice, I had a speedy recovery within a week & now I don't face any such problems while doing exercises & daily chores..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, As an advocate i need to.work hard so after recovering from fracture i visited to physible physio center and undergone physiotherapy , Initially it was very painful to move my wrist due to stiffness caused by distal radius fracture but under expert guidance of avanish sir i gain the range of wrist movement as result i get back to my normal work routine .Thanks a lot sir ....Appreciated ?
