★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live in. No rules. Salary is not provided to the staff and hence, they go on electricity and cleanliness strike every now and then. Gaurds hired are old and lumpsy - I doubt what are they going to do diring crises. Bad infrastructure. There are fightings between residents/gaurds/staff/any-person-on-earth which leads to frequent police case. No security - Strangers are allowed without any checking. There have been instances of attempt to murder/loot/rape. There is a small village at the back and some brats breach into the society from the wall behind. Numerous incidents of robbery have been registered.
With so much happening around, one thing is very good in this society-- THERE IS NO ONE TO LISTEN. Everyone seems to follow the 3-Monkey Gandhi criteria pretty well!

1- Inhale carbon every second. So much pollution due to the carbon factory near. You can die if u are a patient.
2 And very dangerous place because the generator of society is placed near petrol pump amarpali caught fire 2 times in last 3 year . living here is risking your life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A low to mid grade apartments society. A clumsy maintainenece crew which recently had gotten a lil' better as the change from builder's to society's own AOA(Apartments owners association). Wouldnt recommend living here if u can afford just a little bit more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High rise building, built good ,in fine condition, security is not so good and there is only one shop for your daily needs, all services are available at a call, you will get phone no. From security guard if you want any kind of service. It is the first apartment in the line of crossing republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place for living . It is safe , peaceful . But they should construct a cricket field for children playing there they have a lot of problem in playing there . The society has a community hall,club for playing,a swimming pool, basketball court,and finally a central park for children to play . The society has around 10 guards But they all are a bit lazy . You have four blocks which are of 19 floors for living in and 2 basements for car parking.

There are three blocks A,B,C respectively ..
A small shopping market on ground floor a beauty parlour and a Barber shop is there .
Routine checkup for the visitors .
Lift facility to go up ..
A park is there for children to play ..
