I wish I had more than 5 stars to give for the excellent service provided by Dr Ribha and her staff. I came to here for rehab in early March 2022 after a patella dislocation injury in January this year. After a month of complete bed rest and immobilisation, I had started walking gradually in mid February. My ortho suggested physiotherapy in early March and the very same day I landed at Physio Solutions. I chose to come to Dr Ribha because she has also helped my father and mother with their own issues a few years back. The first day itself, Dr Ribha and Dr Radhika looked me over and devised a rehab plan for me. On that day, my knee flexion was around 45 degrees or so in prone position. I walked with a very pronounced limp and had knee pain when I flexed it. I was in a bad condition and as a recreational long distance runner, I was also low on morale because I did not know when I would be able to run again. Dr Radhika has been working on my knee flexion since day one and now at 20 days of rehab, I have more than 100 degrees of active flexion. I have started jogging a little. I can go for walks. I don't have a noticeable limp unless I walk downhill. There is only one word I can use for Dr Radhika. She is 'wonderful' . I congratulate Dr Ribha for the excellent centre that she has managed to develop. It truly is a blessing to have her centre here in Dharamshala. Ms Ranoo and Ms Lata have magic touch with their massages. Mr Vipin is very respectful and kind to patients. For the two days that Dr Radhika had to be away, Ms Archal worked on my knee flexion. Even as a trainee physiotherapist, she is awesome and is going to be a great physiotherapist one day. I could go on and on about how well I think of Physio Solutions. I highly recommend them. I am from nursing background. Few years back my knee started hurting and medications were not helping. I went to the clinic and within 10 days my pain was much better. It was 5 years back. I came to physio solutions 10 days back with severe lower back pain after injury at the gym and aggravating sacroilitis pain. I was unable to sit for more than 2 mins. But, with great therapy sessions, exercises and guidance the pain went away within a week. It’s one of the best in the area and I highly appreciate the efforts of Dr. Reva and Rano di. Highly recommended.

I was suffering from PIVD in cervical region. I had severe pain radiating to my right arm and was unable to lie down for even 2 minutes. Despite 2 months physiotherapy at another center, I had no relief. But then I started therapy at this center and with 9 sessions, I became completely pain free. The staff is very positive and the doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. I am really thankful to all of them

Having suffered from acute pain in my right shoulder, I had consulted at a big hospital at Kangra HP, where it was diagnosed as a “frozen shoulder” ! ..Immediately they gave me an expensive injection for healing and a physiotherapist there went thru the motions of exercises and then I was left to fend for myself! I felt dejected as there was no follow up and the pain returned after the effect of that expensive injection wore off ! Onset of winters made the shoulder pain unbearable !! Thereafter, on advise of my friends, I visited the Physio Solutions at Sheela Chowk, Dharamshala HP, for consultations. With proper Covid-19 protocols I was ushered into the reception. Feeling the positive vibes, and walking thru the bright and a hygienic environment with busy therapists, I was confident that my severely painful frozen shoulder will definitely be healed in Physio Solutions, Sheela Chowk…where the injury & healing management was top class, as I was told by the patients who were there at the waiting lounge !!! I was taken to meet Dr Ribha in her chamber. She had a detailed discussion with me and she examined me properly, making me do the arm movement as much as I could. She analysed the X-ray taken at that big hospital in Kangra too.. and made notes for my treatment. Then she prescribed a treatment schedule ( no medications-no injections!!!!!) and an experienced therapist was earmarked for me. A slot convenient for me was chosen and then my treatment composed of various exercises, healing pads etc commenced. Wow, within a few days I started getting movement in my shoulder and decrease in pain…and after about 16 days I was healed!!! Please don’t go by her pretty looks, Dr Ribha is a thorough, well qualified and an accomplished doctor with vast experience in treating and healing all kinds of injuries. The best part is she discusses in detail the progress with the patients and she personally treats the patients herself guiding the therapists where required.. I am indeed grateful to Dr Ribha for healing me and also advising me how to avoid such injuries in the future ! Thank you Dr Ribha ..you are awesome indeed !!
