★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Phyworld in the past week, as i had pain in my left hand due to muscle tightness. Spoke to Anubhav at Reception, who was very polite and helped in understanding the treatment option. Next, i was treated by Dr. Megha, who not only treated the pain in the hand, but was also able to recognise the trigger eminating from the neck. Pain was relieved through a treatment consisting of exercises (stretching), ultrasound therapy(heat therapy), electromagnetic therapy and with the aid of cool and hot pads. My pain was a 8/10 on arrival and is now a 2-3/10 and will be fine with exercise at home.
It is recommended to connect with Anubhav at Reception and with the doctors present there if you want to get any physio therapy treatment done.
