★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange location, difficult to reach. You have to go through villages with damaged roads and you can't even call it Mumbai. You can't order food from any recognised restaurant because of the location factor. Very tiny rooms and not at all recommended.

*Rent will be in between 10k -15k. Deposit amount around 30 k (in 2017)
*Rooms are 1 room kitchen.
*Good security, service, maintenance etc.
Small garden inside the complex.
*Parking spaces is limited (2-3 cars and 10-15 two wheelers)
*Roof is not accessible.
*Water supply (24*7) is via water tankers service.
*Water is safe but have lot of minute black particles.
*Lift available,no electricity problems
*You can find all necessary items, vegetables,fish, chicken etc are available in 2 minutes.
*Bus stop is Mayur Nagar,and nearest train station is Goregaon East,Metro station is Marol metro.
*Landmark: right next to Top Security office.

Good place with security but stuffs in rooms are really old, you need to check everything before getting a room here....
Otherwise one of best buildings in royal palms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just okay to stay here. No water problem. But my only problem is security people don't take our online orders if we are not at room. But street dogs population is too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable place to live. Easy to move around if you need anything as everything is available at a few minutes walk distance. 24/7 water supply is the plus point. Rent is a little bit higher according to that. Electrical and plumbing works may a little more time to solve after giving complaint.whole building is under CCTV surveillance so highly secured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOOD PLACE FOR MIDDLE CLASS LIVING PEOPLE. 242no Govt Bus, 1 private bus, auto rickshaw, Ola, Uber is available. Goregaon station is far about 7km.
