Unprofessional people..I had ordered kurl on mattress by paying said advance amt n was supposed to be delivered in 2days but 7days passed there was not a single call from the shop abt the delay when i made a call the guy was very casual n said will try to deliver in another 2days .
When I received the mattress it was way too large and they are not ready to change or replace it with correct size and they blamed me for" standard queen size 72*60"dimensions by stating that I provided them wrng measurements( which i dint..)and asked for another 300rs for cutting extra large part on to which I agreed as I had no other option still nobody turned up.Wasted my 8800rs.Dont know why such people are in business when they arent bothered for customer issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought double bed mattress from themWith 5 years of warranty, however mattress get saggy and deformed after 2-3 years of use. Even after one year of follow-up didn't change the mattress or address the issue. Very bad customer service. Not recommended. Save your hard earned money and buy from descent brand instead of them.

I bought curtains worth 1.25 lakhs from them and also paid installation charges to them.
After a month curtain fell down along with channel in front of my guest.
Since last 3 months I am chasing them to reinstall the same but they have not turned up and everytime their shop employee give silly reasons.
After sales service is worst.
