And when I contacted they replied, I should have inquired before buying the product. This is completely illogical. Please don't buy the products from here and harm your body organs.
My reviews towards the product purchases in the Pigi application are always not accepting.

Update: after 3-4 weeks continues followup with pigi customer team, finally they managed to deliver the product.
Given the current covid situation, mishaps can happen.
So I am changing the customer feedback rating from 1 to 4 Star now.
