★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is not only rude but does not even take ownership of his mistake. He took a week to send the order and the chocochips sent were all melted. Moreover, they were packed in a polythene.. Not even a proper plastic pack, leave aside a bottle. On complaining about their melted chocochips, all he said was that the weather is hot and he cannot do anything about it. I mean, for God's sake, you are dealing in perishable products and don't even bother for basic hygiene or temperatures to be maintained. Highly disappointing experience. Wish could attach pictures too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they have all kinds of bakery raw material and it can be called a one-stop-shop for small business bakers or home bakers - BUT it is exorbitantly priced. After my purchase I quickly realised that I would have saved 1500 rupees if I purchased the same items from Bakewala.com. Which I will indeed do in the future. Maybe will visit Pigmento only in emergencies. Otherwise, a big no no for prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Be carefull and check MRP (Maximum Retail Price) before buying because they don't believe in MRP. They will sell you product more than the MRP and when you point it out they insult you and shout at you. They sold me half kg Morde Dark Chocolate for ₹115 whereas the MRP was ₹102. They have no clue how to treat an old customer.

They are just very busy at times nothing else the staff as well as the owners are very helpfull. This store is a must visit they have recenntly expanded their outlet and are coming up with some new range of packaging and ingredients . Must visit

It is always pigmento for me from now on. This is for all the people reading this please do visit them with any baking , chocolate making , candle making or soap making problem. They got it covered. Glad to find this store.
