★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff isnt good enough as specially the manager cause they dont do there job seriously. When you go for booking or just for enquiry they will call you everyday for fallup but when its time to get you bike delivery all staff will give you excuses especially manager... for example R.T.O registration is not dont yet, or Some problem occurred in you delivery, these kind of excuse they'll give you so please if you want to book any honda bike then dont go for this showroom.. And this is my personal experience

The Bike took a while to come to the showroom, after the booking.. but as the current scenarios a bit of delay happened. Once things have all opened up it's faster now.
Thanks Mr Harshal and the support staff there for guiding through, helping to choose accessories and making it easy..!!

These people are spoiling the brand name.
I baught new Honda Activa 125 Disc model,
Took my scooty service at Pilot Honda Byculla. Service is not done properly. I doubt they even open your bike for service. Even my minor issues were not solved.
I wanted to change my disc brake pads which is a very common and basic part they supposed to have but even after 8 days they don't have Activa Brake pads.

I had given my activa for servicing and during the time of payment we got to know all the estimate they told us was false not trustworthy,i doubt they even opened the vehicle. They are very rude and type of DADAGIRI people I got cheated in pricing also and their bank had some glitches and they were not even accepting other modes of payment NEVER GO IN POLIT SERVICE CENTRE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic They never had spares available. I have experienced that they change only those spares which are available with them and doesn’t require much work labour . Experienced changing of unnecessary spare to exiggerate charges. Very costly. Bill in thousands always. The service is also not good. When I saw bill they have charged for Teflon coating without telling me.I m doubtful whether they have really done the same…
