★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much toll they are charging around rs.160 for one way for 4 Wheeler car. It's really irritating and frustrating for person who want to enjoy travelling or facing emergency. At least cost should be around rs.70-80.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some idiotperson with WagonR arguing with Toll plaza employee for about half an hour, due to this many cars were in que. There should be arrangement for such situation. Why should obedient people should suffer. Does there is any way out to compensate other people who were suffered due to such situations ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging 190 rupees for a single trip from Nashik to Pimpalgaon Baswant is simply a loot! The total toll charges from Nashik-Pune is about 180 for a 210 km trip. But compare that with Nashik-Pimpalgaon Baswant which is hardly 30-35 km. If anyone travels to Sinnar from Nashik (which is also a similar distance of 30-35 km), then the toll price is only Rs.35. Please everyone register your complaint against NHAI on consumer helpline website. More number of complaints will bring to attention this loot which is happening. The NHAI should construct toll plazas at every 50-60 km and charge 30-40 rupees. Charging 190 for a 35 km trip is simply insane! All the vehicles which are not MH 15 or MH 41 are being looted at this plaza by NHAI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is too much aggression shown by the toll plaza staff members.they allow any minister vehicle or govt vehicle to pass through the toll first and for FREE whether they have fast tag or not .They abuse and etc which cause comman people problem. I would i like to say to the Govt of India and management of the toll plaza to change ther staff and there behaviour isnt good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One needs to be very careful here. My fastag was deducted but they said it's not. Had to pay cash as SMS on deduction was delivered much later. During return I had to spend 30 minutes for claiming the same. Then noticed many travellers are also facing the same issue. The fastag deduction happens much before you approach gate and the vehicle in front is passed on your tag. If no one is behind you with a good tag, you are trapped. Then only way is to pay cash again. Not sure it's done on purpose or an error. Whatever, it's a handsome free money for company.
