★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IT HAS BEEN QUITE LONG (13.11.2018) THAT I (Franchise of Makemytrip India Pvt Ltd ) PAID THE AMOUNT FOR MY EDC MACHINE BUT YOU PEOPLE HAVENT GIVEN ME THE MACHINE DESPITE OF THAT YOU WERE GIVING ME TID OF OTHER NAME WITHOUT MY CONCERN SO I WAS ASTONISHED BY YOUR COMPANY BEHAVIOUR SINCE FROM THAT TIME I KEPT MY PATIENCE LEVEL BUT NOW ITS HIGH TIME I WANT MY MONEY AND SIGNED DOCUMENTS BACK AS I AM HAVING NO FAITH ON YOUR COMPANY SO KINDLY FORWARD ME WITH MY RELEVANT DOCUMENTS AND MONEY BECAUSE I WONT BE DOING ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY OR ELSE I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION TOWARDS YOUR COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz do not take pos machine from them. They deserve negative feedback. Sales person gives a lot of commitment but in fact after payment they will do nothing for you. Even if your machine do not work properly , they do not visit it. Totally fake company.Beaware of it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the procedure i was fulfilled each and every process which was needed at that time for having those . After that the things was moving like normal at the beginning & from Our campaigning purpose( Painting with Debit/Credit Card EMI) ,we spent approx 1.5 lac's Rupees because of, printing pamphlets for the Public awareness but when the time being passed through gradually we realized that we were makes a Blunder for taking this decision(Signing the deal with PINE LABS).At the time of Sales the so called Sales Person Mr.GAURAV KABACHI was coming to my place from PINE LABS along with the Person Named Subhojit Sasmal ( Handling SBI POS Dept,as per his statement ) , they were assure me for the Fastest installation which was exact within 5-7 workings days.Exactly what i am getting by 01/03/2019 (2months later) but not in working mode; it was the procedure of only device installation by 01/03/2019 not more than that.The person/Technician Named SUDIPTA not even providing me the exact Demonstration at the time of installation of the Device !! After several phone calls and several times of begging in front of them for the service for which i am already paying.IN the dated 11/03/2019 ,They (MR.KABACHI & MR.BUX) told me that the service was live now but trust me till now (Dated - 17/05/2019) i don't even understand weather the device in a working condition or, not . On the basis of their commitment We used to carry the device to my client's place for the purpose of EMI commissioning but again and again we was faced a huge face loss and monetary loss Just because of PINE LABS & their false Commitment.Which i can proved to you by providing the Client's Details ( Which business were getting affected just because of the EMI facility ). Also we were tried to Escalate the matter of these bull shit to the So called Senior Person Named Mr. SAJID BUX who recognized himself as a Regional Head as well as last word of PINE LABS.
please dont go for them.

Promised fake for EMI bajaj for our CCTV business. But their fake marketing team wouldn't pick phone after you pay. Beware before you go for it.

SALESPERSON AMAR GHOSH TOLD ME THAT YOUR ECS EBANDED CHARGE UNDER 1000 BUT AFTER PROVIDE ME ALL DOCUMENTS EVEN SIGNATURE THEY SEND ME ESC RUPEE OF 50000/- THEN I WANT TO CANCELLATION MY REGISTRATION THEY ARE ALSO NOT NOT CANCEL MY REGISTRATION THANKS TO GOD I HAVE BEEN NOT SUBMITTED THERE ALL DOCUMENTS . THEN WHEN THEY SUBMITTED TO MY ECS TO RBI FOR UNCOMPLETED DOCUMENT RBI CANCELLED THAT. BEWARE
