★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Pink Palette was pretty good. Me and my MIL both were here last December. Must say ambiance is very good with a good space unlike other crowded salons. I got Gel Manicure with Nail Art done which I just loved. Also, pedicure was done perfectly for both of us. Two things to keep in mind when visiting here. First, go in your leisure time to relax and enjoy because the services take long time. Second, they have very limited option of Nail Colors so if you have some specific color in mind carry your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced and quality of nail polish was very low. It came off the very next day, polish was very dry, added thinner and applied but didn't stay... disappointed. untrained. suggestion is to get your quality to premium standards before placing yourself in the premium segment

From start to end the only good thing was their facade, and fancy furnishing. I took multiple services except nail art, so I believe I am part at fault here, should have not trusted this place for any other service apart from nail art.
Had Facial, detan, wax, threading, basic manicure, back polishing.
Product - Never heard of it before, too soon to comment as I am just out of place.
Service - Oh the haste! 10-20 seconds for face/back cleansing, 30-60 seconds max for scrub even in manicure, massage - max 2-5 mins. Most I waited was for packs to dry up. I have had so so much better.
Price - Expensive. When I go to a high end place I am well prepared for prices but along with best service. I mentioned above, service was not at all good.
Staff - Okayish
Cleanliness - Nope, not upto the mark. Throwing tissue in dustbin from a distance and if it does not land there then staff was not bothered to pick it up.
Maybe you guys are good with nail art but I did not have a pleasant experience. I have had a lot better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very sad experience of manicure and pedicure. First of all the staff was too reluctant and inattentive. Not all steps of the procedure were followed. It was very disappointing. Second they did not have options for nailpaints. 5-8 options thats it. No base coat and top coat and cuticle oil was applied inspite of charging same as the nail spas that provide these things. Highly disappointed and wont recommend it to anybody. Even the nails werent filed and cut symmetrically. My soles are still the same, dry and rough. No change at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is beyond gorgeous. I must say very professional and friendly staff. They have the best Nail technician I've ever had. The salon is very clean and organized as well. I had my Medicare and pedicure, they care & take the time to make sure you are getting what you've come for. It's simply the best Salon in Indore. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. I would like to also note that if I could more than 5 stars on this review. I would give unlimited golden stars. Amazing services.

I have fallen in love with being here Easy appointments, welcoming staff. I did hair straightening here. I love how my hair turned out! Definitely recommend coming here, thanks pink palette ❤️
