★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer relations, i have booked a honda amaze on 9th aug 2021 and give cancellation request on 11th aug and today is 23rd oct 2021 but still i didn't received my refund cheque. Today when i went to ask for my refund cheque they just giving promises only . They dont have any idea about what is customer satisfaction. I didn't expect this from Honda . I have the video recording but i dont want to defame anyone but honda has to look very seriously before giving the dealership. Overall very Pathetic customer support.

Far from city and no eatables available (thanks to honda employee as she arranged Samosa )
Total service time 5 hours breakup (hardly 2-3 customers during this time)
1 hour - Job card preparation
1 hour - car service
1 hour - waiting as staff left for lunch
30 mins - Car washing
1:30 hours - Bill preparation
Inefficient staff.. sitting in front of computer and waiting for miracle

I recently met with accident and I was denied in replacing the windshield which was broken during accident. Very improper and unprofessional behaviour from Honda Alwar representative. I requested multiple times but he showed no courtsey to listen and very unprofessionally he rejected the request and did not replaced windshield. I would recommend other buyers not to trust this showroom. Honda brad is good but services in PINK CITY HONDA ALWAR is pathetic.
