★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted the service at kedarnath. They called us at 8 o'clock for registration & said flying will happen at 10. But we waiting till 2 o'clock. So our whole day wasted where we could have done other side seeing in that while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pinnacle team in Kedar was very helpful . Weather was bad at Kedar but Rajesh Tiwary and team helped us with rooms and accomadated early depature next day on 20th May Nice Helicopter with good seats and pilot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold us the tickets even before starting their services ! Never received our calls after that. Sent us to U Tair , whose service was worst! We waited 7 hours for the service and threatened us that they will not return from kedarnath!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had gone to Chardham Yatra with 20 people. We booked the helicopter ticket for the journey from Guptkashi/Phata to Kedarnath and back to Phata, each ticket costing Rs.9200.00. Full payment was made in advance. The Operator is Pinnacle Air Pvt Lte.The journey date was for 4th May 2017. When we reported at the Pinnacle Helipad - for boarding the Helicopter, we were shocked to know that they did not have permission for operating the Helicopter services from DGCA. They just endorsed in the travel document saying that due to non receipt of the DGCA approval they are not able to operate and full refund can be claimed from Indian Glaciers Tourism (Regd), New Delhi who issued the tickets. Due to this all the passengers were put into lot of difficulties and also additional expenses, missing the scheduled flight losing the 100% fare, buying the tickets for the next available flight at a very high cost. When approached for refund of helicopter ticket cost they give stories for delaying the process etc. This is the case with hundreds of passengers. First of all it is not know how the Agency has issued the Helicopter tickets without obtaining necessary permission. Very shame on Pinnacle Air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my friend has booked pinnacle helicopter for 26th October in Phata, Kedarnath. We had booked for 6-9 am slot. We reported at 7:30 am and it's been almost 2.5 hours that we had not taken Chopper. They had overbooked and are now putting blame on GMVN. This is really unprofessional of them. People from slot no 9 am to 12 pm have been sent earlier. Name of the customer is Atul and family were sent earlier. This is really unprofessional of the official. I am think of sueing you guys for the delay. I have taken picture of the registration on the file. An action has to be taken asap. Or else be ready for the action.
