★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service is very good & politeness is very good , equipment are there , so no damages can happen to your vehicle.
The only thing is that it's situated @ Sakinaka , highly inconvenient to reach there.
Second thing most of the time parts are not available there , so u may have to return with your problem in vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pioneer service centre has an excellent customer-centric approach. Before visiting this service centre I had gotten the impression that all bajaj service centre employees are impolite & lazy. But the staff in this service centre is amazing.
I had a great experience here. I would recommend everyone to specifically try out this service centre if you own a bajaj two-wheeler.
Special thanks to Mr. Nitin who took complete ownership of the repair/service. Very happy with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they can't even wash the vehicle properly, staff was playing inside and eating tobacco, cannot read and write in English properly , no availability of spare parts, it was like a college canteen. staff is enough for managing, but literally it was more like a Election rally inside the premises. very spacious but poor poor worst staffing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Pioneer Bajaj Service centre today 25th Feb 2022. Reached the centre at 9:27 AM after taking a prior appointment a day before. It's 10:00 AM now when I am posting this review no one attended my vehicle for the service as the staff has not reached the service centre yet. I have attached few images about the charges mentioned and the timings at the entrance which might help someone. I found my 2 wheeler serving was done on time as there was no major issue with my bike I found the service to good. Mr.Shivraj Chavan was good to explain more details about my vehicle and aalo assured for future assistance if required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its like a college canteen, gutka eating people , and eating whtever they can, like their own house, maintenance not done since 2 years, you have find the staff inside for hours. lowest possible cheapest staff has been recruited , i dont know even SBI peoples seems faster f you compare to these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Will make you wait till 10:30-11:00 just to open your job card. They took my bike for test drive and then went inside the managers room for 30 mins, making me wait there.. and after coming out the mechanic was telling me he had a customer.. do you mean we 10-15 PPL waiting outside are not important customers? Except new bikes they are telling all customers that their clutch plate is worn out.. all the good reviews are from PPL who have done their free service there.. for PPL who go for paid service, replace your clutch plate..
