★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pioneer Park is one of the most pathetic societies you will ever stay in. The management is hopeless and they don't care about the issues being faced by the residents. There is seepage issue all over the society and they are not taking any concrete steps even after following up 10 times with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good landscaping. Good build quality. Except rampant seepage issues. Will require effort, but management will get them fixed. Neat and clean and well maintained otherwise. Grocery, vegatbales, saloon, medicines are available inside. Has gym, swimming pool and club, available to members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent high rise society with decent security. The build quality however is sub standard and the maintenance fee is too high, for a middle level society. Has a community center which has a gym, a swimming pool and sports center, albeit small. Also has a small supermarket which can satisfy most of your daily needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest townships located at the very start of golf course extension road. Good connectivity to golf course. A lot of upcoming commercial hubs make this area very nice to live. Society itself is clean and has huge areas to walk/jog. Overall a very nice living experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in recently to this well-maintained property. The society is well-connected to most places in Gurgaon and the security is tight. The high rises are mostly filled with 2bhk and 3bhk houses. Most houses have wooden bedrooms by spec. That elevates the living experience. Also, I like the fact that it is per-friendly and the estate office has a friendly staff as well.
However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Before renting a house, you must check for how the house owner has made it to their spec. For example, a few homes have modular kitchens, while a few don't even have cabinets.
2. Agents will tell you a particular number as rent including maintenance. But, this will not include a few hidden charges like Common Area Electricity. For a typical 2bhk, it comes up to 1.7k extra. That's a major hidden overage. Essentially, even if you don't use the house 1.7k will be charged on your electricity meter regardless. So, be wary. Comes as a rude shock.
Otherwise, it is a mostly positive experience.
