★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent is at peak. The food quality is not at all acceptable at the cost they charge. They don't even go with the menu they have made. I been there for almost 2-3 months expecting that next morning the food will be better, but expectations never came true.
The cook behaviour can't be tolerated. Even the warden sir(Rajesh) is quite odd. He never talked to us politely . All the way,only one person is great ( Shibu ) . I liked him most that's why i rated 1 star for him.

I would like you to question the person who gave it 5 star rating whether they lived there.
The ratings are all fake and just made,To acquire more number of freshers. So while choosing this PG questions yourself whether you gonna fit to the environment for NEET.

It provides food just like home ? and a homely environment.
It is just 200 meters away from metro station, which also eases your travelling .
"It's truly a home ?away from home ".

I thank to rishi sir(Owner) because he is very familiar to us . He himself take care of whole pg. If any student want to study peacefully and in good environment can contact rishi sir

Worst pg ever seen in my life. Daily Unacceptable rule made. Food quality is very low. You don't see rating of pg It's scam and the biggest scam is food menu
some examples are You get red mirch Paratha instead of paneer Paratha, only you get 1or 2 times watery curd in week. Red mirch, coriander seed and black pepper is primary spicy, you get it in you maximum bite.
and If you complain about it to Owner. He always say one thing that "I am running this pg since 4 years and no student complain to us and only you so it's yours misunderstanding" and after that he can't give give chance to say anything and he start topicless point.
If you have any problem in pg Owner say it's not a problem it's your misunderstanding
And my personal experience is that he(Owner) is a so Cunning person.
When students irritate and decide to leave pg he create environment and give party to control the environment of the pg he invest about 1-2k and success to change the mind of person.
There is no privacy of rooms. If you talk to anyone then all the voice is recorded even you talk in your room
In winter in term of gyser use he allow only 2hrs early morning and 1hrs late evening slot for bath.
At present all Student of this pg want to leave but thay can't leave because of 6 month bond and If you leave then your security ( 9k-12k) can't be refunded
I leave this pg by wasting my security money because I love my health
If you are capable to order daily food from restaurant or
If you want to hospitalized then it's my humble request plz visit this pg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first and the foremost important thing about this pg is that it provides good environment for study.Food that prepared is also good and hygienic.In my opinion it's the best pg for aspirants in uttam nagar.The owner(rishi sir) and staff members are friendly,co-operative and polite in nature and take care of everything. So overall I will say that if you are searching for pg in uttam nagar ,then do visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my opinion i would like to inform you that this pg is best in this area and i am satisfied with the facilities that were provided to me by owner.
Surrounding is nice and their is proper study environment.
Food that prepared here is Hygienic and quality of rooms is well maintained.
Personally i am satisfied and of course there is some problems that come in front of me but that i discuss all of them to rishi sir and all the problems were solved.
So overall i will say that you visit here and get advantage.
