★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has already delayed the possession, even after constant follow ups the management is least bothered to give a good response. ' Think n number of times before you invest' is the moral of this story. Hope this disappointment gets over soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Apartment Good People But We got it Through Hard work of few individuals who had bought a battle with Builder to get things done yes still few things are pending from him but we have achieved great progress post meetings and united efforts of residents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice, calm place to live in. Amenities like Children’s Play Area, Gym, Indoor games and Library are there at present. Party Hall and Swimming Pool are yet to come; Phase-B is with some legal issue. CC & OC available. Handover from Builder to Association is not yet done. The progress from Builder side is bit slow in completing the pending works.
