★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to deal with. Refrain from dealing with them else you will regret it bigtime. They've set a new benchmark for unprofessionalism and false commitments. The sales guy makes false promises and have no idea whatsoever of anything about the process. They take months to decide that they won't give home loans because of TECHNICAL ISSUES. Thankfully I went for HDFC before time and got the entire sanction and disbursement process in mere 15 days.
These guys were not able to give home loan for the proerty of Piramal itself, imagine the condition for other builders. I wonder such a big brand with no organizational structure, no customer service( you will have to call them a 1000 times for every minute follow up from day one, they are rude, arrogant, downright stupid. Just a bunch of careless liars dealing in housing finance and wasting customers time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never take home loan from NBFC. Initially (just for 2 months) they will give you loan at reduced interest rate, then will raise it like anything. Example if current interest in market is 7 percent, they charge 9.5 percent giving you their stupid reason and you will feel helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst housing finance entity.. There interest rate keeps increases like anything… currently their interest rate is 9.5%p.a. which is way higher than any of the competitor NBFC. Almost about 1% higher than other lenders.
when we talk about the service quality, to be honest Pirmal Housing finance has the worst.. Their customer care team is the poorer.
No responses or reply will receive on email queries. They just get ignored as they dont even care about their customers.
I strongly suggest not to go with this lender for any of the financial needs.. They are too many good players out in the market… Then why to suffer with such poor lenders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High Interest rates from the rest of NBFC's. NBFC's have a free hand, hence they don't bother to reduce interest rates as they claim they charge on basis of RPLR (Retail Prime Lending Rate) whereas Banks & few NBFC's operate on RLLR (Repo Linked Lending Rate) or MCLR (Marginal Cost of Funds based Lending Rate). The only benefit with NBFC's is that they have their own legal & technical team whereas Banks uses 3rd Party & fudging of your data is more likely in Banks/DSA working for Banks. NBFC clears loans quickly but interest rate is something that will pinch you forever, they don't have customer friendly offering in interest rates. Banks are horrible in service, but they are friendly in interest rates.

Based on my today's meeting attended for foreclosure process (Thane Kapurbawdi.)They will not support or suggest If they have the solution.We have to fight for resolve our basic queries. They never respect their customers and don't have basic sense for the same.
