★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received loan with ease at 8.7%. It has been now 2.5 -3 years since I had availed the home loan but in less than 1 year they have increased it to 9.92%. Pathetic customer support experience. During the covid times where ROIs have reduced to 6.50% in some banks and almost 7-7.5% in others they are still charging roi at 9.92%.
