★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their quality of service is very poor. They are not responsive to their customers. DHFL has mentioned many contact details on their website but don't response. I have been followed up for two months to a single enquiry but still don't got any positive response. Even their charges and interest rate are much higher than other financers. I make sure, people take a lesson through this review and avoid to take finance/ loan from DHFL. I also ensure that any of my relatives and friends will never been taken any finance/ loan from DHFL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, No one given satisfied reply and take 1-2 hours for a small work. Also customer care executive not given proper reply and branch landline number are not working ( not received call by anyone).
When visit branch for issues they treated very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of Frauds all working in this company, Don't take loan and trust on DHFL - PCHF both are same.
They don't provide service to transfer your loan and after take loan charges highest Rate of Interest. It means you are in hell. They promise for Govt Subsidy but do not processed it. Just because they are begurres and frauds.
